Welcome to AfterDark (the “Service”), an AI-powered platform for generating adult-oriented fictional stories and related content. These Terms govern your use of the AfterDark website and applications. By using AfterDark, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

AfterDark is intended strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly permit minors to access the Service. Any attempt to do so may result in immediate termination.

2. The Service

AfterDark lets you submit prompts and generate fictional adult-oriented content using AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, or not match your expectations. You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or rely on generated content.

3. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We do not guarantee uptime, stability, reliability, or that features will remain available.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us promptly.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to generate, upload, request, or share content that includes or depicts:

Minors (under 18) in any sexualized or adult context (zero tolerance)
Real identifiable people in sexual contexts without explicit consent
Bestiality, necrophilia, or sexualized violence
Non-consensual sexual content presented as erotic
Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content promoting harm
Illegal activity, exploitation, or attempts to evade moderation
Attempts to evade safeguards or moderation

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts at our discretion to maintain safety and compliance.

6. Moderation

AfterDark may (but is not obligated to) monitor, review, remove, or restrict content. We may also take action (including account suspension or termination) if we believe these Terms are violated or where required by law.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfterDark will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to AUD $100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
